The "Smart Lighting System Platform" and "Smart Integrated Power Supply Software", independently developed by HECZK Company recently obtained computer software copyright registration certificates issued by the National Copyright Administration, achieving a major breakthrough from "0" to "1" for HECZK Company's computer software copyright.
The "Smart Lighting System Platform" and "Smart Integrated Power Supply Software" are custom-developed software systems by HECZK. These systems offer features such as manual control, timed control, emergency control, sensor control, illuminance control, scene control, dimming control, and remote control. They enable intelligent control and management of street lighting, improving the efficiency and quality of urban lighting.
In terms of control, by analyzing the changing patterns of pedestrian and vehicle traffic on each road and developing a reasonable energy-saving control plan, the average daily lighting hours of each street lamp can be reduced, achieving energy savings of over 30%. Furthermore, by reducing the lighting hours, the lamp's service life will inevitably be increased, thus saving on facility investment.
In terms of management, the system has realized unmanned inspections, changing the traditional method of relying on manual inspections and hotline repair reports to detect faults, saving a lot of office, vehicle, personnel and other expenses, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs, and achieving the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
According to environmental conditions such as pedestrian flow, vehicle flow, and weather, energy-saving schemes such as "turn on every other light", "turn off lights on auxiliary roads", and "intelligent dimming" (LED streetlights) can be set arbitrarily. Lighting modes can also be flexibly and easily set for specific roads, special lamps, or according to special needs. Energy-saving control of individual lamps can be performed while ensuring lighting needs, truly achieving on-demand lighting.
(3) Single-lamp fault management
By analyzing the operating parameters of individual lamps over a period of time, each faulty street lamp can be detected and the fault type confirmed. At the same time, the fault information will be generated into a fault report, which will be fed back to the maintenance department for troubleshooting. Faulty facilities can also be located on an electronic map, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly determine the fault location and improve maintenance efficiency.
Energy saving reports are generated for power savings and power saving rates. Reports can be queried, compiled, and printed on a daily, monthly, or annual basis.
