The Tianjin Municipal Urban Management Committee issued the "Organizational Implementation Plan for Tianjin's Street Light "1001 Project"," deciding to renovate and upgrade Tianjin's urban street light facilities, promote Tianjin's smart city construction, and achieve a stable street light power supply network, high-quality street light assets and equipment, and efficient street light operation and maintenance status.
Smart Streetlight Energy-Saving Retrofit in Jizhou District Tianjin City, the project primarily utilizes an energy-managed model to replace all streetlights in Jizhou District Tianjin city with smart LD streetlights and high-pressure sodium lamps with smart LED streetlights. A total of 20,872 streetlights were replaced in Jizhou, and an intelligent energy-saving control system was also installed.
HECZK uses its independently developed centralized management system in conjunction with controllers to achieve single-lamp control. The project includes 119 centralized management systems and 20,000 controllers. By renovating lamp holders (previously sodium lamps were replaced with LEDs) and using single-lamp controllers to adjust lamp power, energy savings are achieved, enabling intelligent management of the renovated streetlights. This meets the requirements of the "Energy Savings Audit Guidelines" and the "CJJ 45-2015 Urban Road Lighting Design Standard."
